Thank all of you who have followed this year’s challenge with me. I gave it my best shot. Sadly, with my broken arm, producing these daily articles is just too physically painful for me. I get one done and then have to take the rest of the day off. Not good. Next year will be better. I promise!
I will continue to try posting twice or once a week. Perhaps more as the arm heals. Thank you all again for your support and generous gift of your time!
Ol' Big Jim, has been a storekeeper, an embalmer, a hospital orderly, a medical biller, and through it all, a teller of tall tales. Many of his stories, like his first book, New Yesterdays, are set in his hometown of Piedmont, Alabama.
For seven years, he lived in the oldest continuously inhabited city in the world, Amman, Jordan where he spends his time trying to visit each one of the thousands of Ammani coffee shops and scribbling in his ever-present notebook. These days, you can find him back stateside, still filling notebooks.
Oh no ! That’s really brave of you . I had a rotator cuff surgery in October 2019 and it took me a whole year before my arm got back it’s full movement. Even now I get the occasional twinge and my arm gets tired with extra work ..\. Take care and do your Physio regularly. That really helps
